The backpack has a great colour and good-quality materials. The workmanship is very good, and it feels nice to the touch. I used it on a light rainy day, and the backpack seemed to be well waterproof.
I think the design could be improved further, particularly in terms of ergonomics and functionality. For example, there are quite a few buckles on the front, which makes the bag feel a little complicated and inconvenient, as each one needs to be fastened individually. The side water-bottle pockets are also slightly too small, so my larger water bottle doesn’t fit.
The headphone cable opening also feels outdated, as most people now use wireless/Bluetooth earphones rather than wired ones. Similarly, the charging port could be updated to a more modern standard.
Another ergonomic issue is with the area where the shoulder straps connect to the back of the bag. When I’m not carrying a laptop but have other heavy items inside, the upper part of the backpack near the shoulder straps tends to bulge outward and press against my upper back, which can be uncomfortable.
Overall, though, I really like the backpack. It is lightweight, has a large capacity, feels very durable, and looks nice overall. With some updates to the design and functionality, I think it could be an even better backpack.
Thank you for such a detailed review! Really glad the colour, material and water-resistance have held up well, even on a rainy day.
Honestly, this is some of the most useful feedback we've gotten so far. The buckles, the water bottle pocket sizing, and especially the upper section pressing against your back when there's no laptop in there — these are all fair points, and not things we want to brush past. You're right about the wired headphone port too, it's a bit behind the times at this point.
We're taking note of all of it for future improvements. Thanks again for putting the thought into this — it actually helps us a lot.
I’ve been using this backpack for a while now and I’m really happy with it. It looks simple and stylish in person, and the quality feels better than I expected for the price.
There’s plenty of room inside without the bag feeling too bulky. I can easily fit my laptop, clothes and other daily essentials, and the separate compartments make it much easier to keep everything organised. The front and side pockets are also really handy for things I need to grab quickly.
The backpack feels sturdy but is still lightweight, and the shoulder straps are comfortable even when the bag is packed. I also like the water-resistant material, especially for commuting when the weather is unpredictable.
Overall, it’s a very practical everyday backpack that works well for both work and short trips. I’ve been using it regularly and have no complaints so far. Definitely a good buy.
I’m really impressed with this backpack. It has a smart, practical design that works well for everyday use. The main compartment has plenty of room, while the separate laptop section provides good protection and keeps my computer safely separated from the rest of my belongings.
The padded shoulder straps are comfortable, even when the bag is packed, and the different compartments make it easy to organise my everyday essentials. I also really like the external charging port, which is very convenient when travelling or spending a full day out.
The material feels sturdy and well made, and the water-resistant finish has been particularly useful in Melbourne. The weather here can change so quickly, and I’ve been caught in unexpected rain a few times. It’s reassuring to know that my laptop and other belongings have an extra layer of protection from the rain.
There are a couple of small areas that could be improved. The inside pockets could be a little deeper and more spacious, as they’re better suited to smaller items and can be tricky for bulkier things such as a sunglasses case. I’d also love to see a little more cushioning on the back panel. The lightweight design is great, but extra padding would provide better support and comfort, especially when carrying heavier loads.
Overall, I’m very happy with the backpack and have found it to be stylish and reliable. I especially appreciate the generous storage, laptop protection and water-resistant material, which is a real advantage with Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. It’s a great everyday backpack that I would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for such a detailed review, Ying! Really glad the laptop compartment and water-resistant finish have been holding up for you in Melbourne's unpredictable weather — that's exactly the kind of everyday reliability we designed this pack around.
Your feedback on the inside pockets and back panel cushioning is genuinely useful, and we'll be looking at both as we keep improving future batches. Thanks again for taking the time to write this up, and for the photo!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this backpack!
I’ve been using this bag for work and it’s honestly been great so far. It looks really clean and stylish without trying too hard, and the colour goes with pretty much everything.
The size is just right for everyday use. I can fit my laptop, charger, a jacket, water bottle and a few other essentials with no problem. I also like how wide the main compartment opens—it makes finding things so much easier. The inside pockets are useful too, and the light-coloured lining is a nice touch.
The material feels durable, the zippers are smooth, and it’s comfortable to wear even when it’s packed.
The only thing I’d love to see is more colour options. I think colours like beige, cream or light blue would be really nice, especially for women.
Overall, really happy with this purchase. Great quality, practical design, and definitely worth it!
Thanks so much for the honest 5-star review! So glad it's fitting all your daily essentials and staying comfortable to wear. You're right that we could use more color options — I think it's time I start sourcing some new colors and fabrics!
