Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must meet the following conditions: it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@pacaroo.com . You do not need to return the item — once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund directly. You can always contact us for any refund question at support@pacaroo.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refund requests for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the item you have, and once the refund is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the following terms apply and supersede any conflicting terms above.
You have the right to cancel or withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision either by sending a clear statement to support@shop.aftership.com, or by submitting a refund request directly through the order page in your account. You do not need to return the item to exercise this right.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may open and inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
The following exceptions to our general refund policy do not apply to EU consumers:
- The condition, tags, and original packaging requirements do not apply.
- The exclusion of sale items does not apply; EU consumers may request a refund on sale items within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds for EU orders will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request.
Refunds We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@pacaroo.com.
